ATEI 2008 Coverage

It's been about a week since the event, but I realized I haven't had a chance to break down some of the outside coverage that occured from the ATEI 2008 show in London. Of course, the guys over at Arcade Heroes really took it upon themselves to get a lot of good videos (and write ups) from the event, so I'll start from there and work my way elsewhere as I find the sources on the internet.

From what I've read over at Play Meter, attendance at ATEI was down in a year-to-year comparison by about 6%. Peter Rusbridge from Clarion Gaming states that part of the reason for the decline was consolidation and uncertainty in the coin-op industry. However he was also quick to note that, "figures in isolation are relatively meaningless and as always the response of our stakeholders-visitors and exhibitors-will provide the litmus test."
