Time Crisis 4 Multiconsole?

Late last month, I reported that a GunCon may be in the works for the Playstation 3 console bundled with a port of Time Crisis 4. It seems as though the Playstation 3 however, may not be the only console getting some gallery shooting love from Namco. The IGN Wii Mailbag, recently responded to a reader's questions in regards to the feasability of a Wii port of the arcade shooter. Here's how IGN responded:

Sorry, but it doesn't look likely. Time Crisis 4 will be coming exclusively to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 complete with a pretty sweet wireless gun, so say little, dirty birds. However, no Wii version is currently planned.

This doesn't seem to be a repeat of the previous rumor, but a statement of fact. It seems as though Time Crisis 4 is going to be making its way to the PS3 and Xbox 360 with a new wireless GunCon accessory. Though I'm not aware of this being addressed officially by Bandai Namco yet, it is going to be interesting to see if we begin to see more information about the game and its gun in the near future...
